Horrible customer service

I purchased a combo furniture set (lounge suit, dinning set, bed, polo sleigh set etc). I received half of the goods 4 days later 5th December after phoning neumerous times to find out wheres my delivery... eventually they came at 7.30 at night but 2 my supriz no polo sleigh set. A week later after phoning the store and delivery people which is the stores job to do which they failed n made a customer do the run around I still dont have my order!!! LEEAAN at the delivery place tells me she will call me back and never does. No1 seems to give me answers!!! EVERTIME I CALL THEY RESPOND WITH THEY CANT GET HOLD OF THE DRIVER. This is a stores responsibility to sort delivery out not a customers. This caused me alot of inconvenience and money
