POOR DELIVERY SCHEDULING

I purchased furniture from Coricraft Centurion on the 27th of December and was informed that the salesman (Conrad) had booked the delivery for the 31st of December. The delivery did not take place on that date. I phoned them on the 3rd of January (as delivery had still not taken place on the 2nd of January) to ask where my furniture was. Conrad said "Oh haven't the delivery people phoned you? ". I said no and Conrad said he would phone and sort it out and let me know. I then had to call him back an hour later (he said he tried to call me but it did not go through - he clearly did not attempt another phonecall). He said the delivery people would call me on the 4th of January. They did, only to inform me that delivery would then take place on the 11th of January, which was not acceptable to me as I had already been waiting since the 31st of December. I told them I would not be available to receive the furniture on the 11th of January, and that they must sort it out with the branch for an earlier date. I only heard back from them on 10/01, wanting to confirm my delivery for today, which I won't be able to receive the furniture now. VERY disappointed with the poor service and follow up.
