Delivery that never happened

On the 25/02/2013 I bought a lounge unit at Furniture city. I paid cash and for the delivery. I was promised that the delivery will be made in the next 5 working days. It has been 7 weeks still I haven't received my goods rather a lot of stories from this stores. They went to an extend of telling me goods were delivered to a wrong city which is 350 km further from my house. They never call me to give me feedback. The only time I talk to them is if a pick up the phone and call them. The person responsible for tracking my delivery threatens to hang up everytime I as questions she has no answers for. They run a business by lying. I went to go get my refund and they still fed me a log of. I have spend R1000 trying to get my staff from Furniture City. If this is a service I get having paid cash i wonder how do the deal with credit customers.
