HUGE DISAPOINMENT

We order our furniture and requested delivery to take place on 2 July @ 15h30. At 16h00 we had not heard anything regarding the delivery yet, and decided to phone the store to find out what the holdup is. We were told by Richard that he will phone us back in 5 minutes time. We repeated this about 4 times. Richard kept on saying he cannot get hold of the driver and will phone us back. After this my husband went to the store to find out what the problem is. He threatened to stay there until we had our furniture and only after this did Richard and the other employees of the store try to resolve the matter. First they told us that the furniture was delivered last week already... At around 18h00 it came out that the delivery was NEVER REQUESTED. How pathetic! This is the worst service we have ever received and this from a store like Rochester. This was the last thing I expected when we order our furniture at this store. If this is the way that Rochester treat their customer, I will never buy from you again. I am truly disappointed and should we not get the necessary assistance today, we will cancel the order and require a full refund of our money before close of business.
