Very rude and bad policy

I received an unwanted gift that I needed to return. It had the bar code and sticker indicating that it was bought at baby city woodmead and I had a warranty sticker. When I took it for exchange the manager rudely demanded a receipt when he told her we did not have one she said we hav le to get something from the shop right away. I did not need anything at the moment so I asked for a voucher but she rudely advised that she can't give me a voucher and there is nothing else she can do before walking away. Some very disgusting service from this baby city. Never again.
