My dissatisfaction with Foschini Customer Services

Firstly I was not pleased with the service I received regarding assistance to get my account settlement letter where I have to call twice the Foschini Retail group that is on the 4 November and on the 11 November 2013 for assistance. The reason for the waiting between the 4th and the 11th was that it takes approximately 3 days to get the response (letter) but it was not the case as when I then called the indication was that there was no request that was made earlier according to their records. From the 11th November I only received the response on the 18 November 2013. "To my surprise I have sent same requests to other merchants the response was forwarded to me within two days of request". Secondly I then forwarded an email kindly requesting a letter for the closure of the account on the 22nd November 2013, the response I have received on the 2 December 2013 was that "my account still reflects a balance and my last payment reflects in October 2013". No indication that I have paid my account, however since I have made the payment I been calling and emailing customer service for assistance. This is irritating
