FOSCHINI / SPORTSCENE JANUARY CALL FOR MONEY

Every year november i pay foschini double the instalment to avoid paying in december. i just received a call from sportscene notifying me that i havent paid 'them' for december... according to the consultant, sportscene payment is not 'part' of the foschini payment. doesnt sportscence fall under the foschini group??? im very confused to where my account is. to top that off, foschini increased my credit without notifying or confirming with me!!! ive had how many issues with foschini and this is just it, im done!!! i will rather pay whats left and close the account, BUT need to clear something up first, if im paying double on my account in november, where is the rest of the instalment going if sportscene is calling me for payment? very confused customer!! please let me where i opened my account?
