No feedback on reason for over billing

I hired a vehicle from Europcar on the weekend of 12th October with a return date of 14th October. I was quoted was R760 for both days of use and I returned the vehicle before the requested time on Monday, 14th October. Prior to returning the vehicle I had filled the tank to capacity to reduce any top up that would be necessary.

Upon receiving my refund I noted that there was an over charge of R583.32. I submitted an email on 4th November to Info@Eurocar as I was unable to locate any customer care email address on their website. On the 5th of November approximately 24 hours to the hour later I received a reply advising me that my query was being forwarded to customer care and that the response time was 24 hours.

On the 11th of November, effectively 1 business week since submitting my original mail I received a reply from "Theodore" (no surname, contact number or anything helpful except the reference number : 409088).

I replied advising of my dissatisfaction at the rate of assistance being received and requested that I receive a complete response to my original query by 12th November. It is now 8 business days later and I have not had an answer to my billing query.
