Hidden costs in my account

Edcon/ jet has failed to resolve a complain i lodged with them 3 months ago. Instead the consultants are phoning me and threatening me with lawyers. A lady called Flatter Mokhini promised to sort out a mess created by edcon. A top up family policy which i never agreed to is added to my account and they are refusing to remove it and reverse the amount added into my account. This policy does not appearin my monthly statement however it appears in the history of the account. A guy called Selepe Leboela also promised to sort out this mess they created. I faxed him all the documents which they claim not to have at their offices. The very same documents they send to me. Documents that clearly indicate that my claims are legit. They are choosing to ignore documents that reflect a policy they added into my account profile without my consent. For months i have paid the account and my balance is static. How do i continue paying an account that has hidden costs accumilating adding money into my balance. Complains that i have lodged with edcon/ jet have fallen into deaf ears. No one is prepared to assist with the mess they created even those who have authority to do so.
