My wife and I recently visited the Clicks in Rosebank Mall for our annual Discovery Vitality check up. The sister at the Clicks clinic (Allegra) had a very welcoming and pleasant attitude. She was friendly and made sure both my wife and I were comfortable with any of the tests she performed. To top it off, she was able to load the results onto the Vitality website the same afternoon.

Last year we had the complete opposite experience where the substitute nurse was late with submitting the results to Vitality, which resulted in us losing out Vitality status and rewards for the first few months of the year.

Bearing this in mind, the speedy service by Allegra was even more of a pleasant surprise.

Well done Allegra, keep up the good work.
