Missing repai

On the 31/01/2013 I bought a helicopter from Homemark Alberton on the 10/02/2013 I took it back to Homemark Menlyn Park because it does not work properly. The consultant said to me I cannot be refunded but it must be send I to for repairs. On the 24/03/2013 I went to find out what have happen to the repair. After about and hours wait the consultant at the store said to me they cannot find my item that I must come back on Monday. I told her that I'm not from Pretoria she said then she cannot help me.
