As a customer of Homemark I am disgusted with the response I have received from Customer Service. I purchased a Blankie from Homemark Centurion which I returned as it was too big. I was given a gift card. I went to use the card at Homemark Centurion in August and was told that the card expired and I should phone Homemark direct and they will re-load the card. I have been in contact with Homemark from August to September 10 speaking to various people and being put from one person to another. (Some names that I noted were Mopani, Tinneline, Cynthia, Kathy who said Sam will call be back and confirm reload and also confirm by SMS. The last person I spoke to was Kathy and Fortune and I am still waiting to date with no response. I have spent more money on my phone bills than the cost of the item. (Who is going to compensate). The card No. 7353 5827 5330 3390. Every time I phoned I had to give each person that I spoke to my ID No. and Name and card number. I think this is a poor show on Homemark in responding to queries. I would appreciate your assistance. Thanks
