Very sticky NON-STICK frying pan

Bought an 'ORGREENICS' frying pan from HOmemark just to discover that there is absolutely NOTHING non stick about it!!! I have to use as much oil or butter as with any other pan. Tried to get the pan exchanged from Homemark but the only response I got is. Our 7 day money back guarantee has expired!!!
How's that for pathetic service???
Never to buy anything from HOmemark ever again
