According to all the complaints about poor client service at Homemark, I should have had done my homework better! I can add to all those complaints by saying: poor poor service! The worst I have ever experienced! I work for a company for whom client service is important and I know what client service should be like, but at Homemark this is not the case!!! I have been trying for more than 2 months now to get anyone at Homemark to attend to my enquiry, but without any success. If the phone is eventually answered (and I have quite a few phone numbers!) the person I am looking for is always out, or busy, or something. I have left several messages and emails, but not even one (and I have the names of at least 6 people!) has ever phoned me back. O yes, they promised to contact me, but it goes without saying that I am still waiting!!! My phone bill must be much higher than the amount I paid for the useless items I ordered from Homemark. I will never ever promote Homemark anywhere.
