I went to KITKAT in silverton and was stopped at the door BEFORE i'd even gone in by a security guard. She wanted to know if i had toiletries etc IN MY HANDBAG. when I replied that ofcourse I do, it's my HANDBAG, she pulled it open and wanted to start sticking labels all over everything. I told her i'm not going to label all my stuff so she refused me entry. Apparenlty at KITKAT they mark your personal items in case they sell the same items, because apparently EVERYONE who goes there is a! here's a thought, why don't you jack up your security WITHIN the store and at the exit, so that potential customers aren't treated like before they've even gone in! Needless to say, I will never go near that dump again.
