Poor service is an understatement, DISGUSTED!

I am absolutely disgusted with the bad service I have received from Kalahari this year. Have been ordering my Christmas presents for the last 3 years, and this was the last, never again. I ordered my goods on the 11th of November, a month and a half before christmas. My order was over R5 000. I was charged R65 deliver, even though advertising no delivery charge. All my kids lego were damaged, being put right at the bottom with all the heavy books on top. I did not accept their peace offering of R380 credit on my account, as I will not give me kids damaged gifts. It has been a week and a half since the damaged goods were collected from my house and I still have not received my R1 100 credit due to me. I am told I will have to wait till the new year. Not only have I been inconvenienced, but the amount of calls I have made amounts too so much. And still I can't buy my kids the toys that they so wanted as Kalahari is using my money to funds their staff's kids toys!! I will do an article in our local newspaper in the new year as well, and hope to discourage many of my fellow neighbours and friends to ever make use of Kalahari again. Very inefficient!
