Still no helmet 4 months later - unacceptable

I bought my child the raleigh bike from the Northgate branch in April and as part of the deal was a helmet there was no stock of it so I was told to come back in a week to collect it, since then I've been back to the Northgate store 4 times only to be told there's no stock. When I complained the assistant manager called the fourways branch to check for stock and took my details down to call me back - that was 2 months ago.

As a last resort I went to fourways branch and they had the raleigh people there and again the manager took my details and promised a phone call - still nothing.

Can someone please give me the helmet I paid for.
