YDE- terrible service and attitude as ALWAYS

I was at Sandton YDE yesterday (Wednesday) and found a top I loved but they only had large. I finally found someone to call another branch for me to find a small (she was rude and had a terrible attitude- as if helping me was a huge problem). She told me Rosebank had it and would keep it for me (I gave them my details) to collect the next day (Thursday). I asked for the person who was keeping it and she said I dont need their info.

My mom then went through Thursday morning to collect it. She arrived and no one knew anything about it. After describing the top they then found it and it was damaged so they couldn't sell it.

After messing me around, sending my old mom to get a DAMAGED top which they weren't even selling, no one was prepared to help. RIDICULOUS!!!
