Car was damaged during penalbearting

My car was damaged during the repair of the hail damage, on which was referred to the Danmar Auto body Longmeadow by my insurance Miway, and because it was full at Longmeadow branch they referred me to the Sandton branch.
My car was taken for about a month and when I went and collect the car I found out that few things were damaged including my spare wheel taken out of my car, with a dent that wad not taken car of.
I spoke to the branch manager several time, I even sent him a sms telling him that I will contact my lawyer if they don't fix what they have damaged. After a day he collected my car.
They told me that I should come collect the car after two days before I went there I called and they said the car was ready to be collected. When I get there nothing was done to the car only washed.
They told me that they have ordered some part that was damaged and they will give me a caretesy car and take mine for one or two days to fix all damages. With regard to the spare wheel they will deliver it to me.
Nothing has been done since.
I ask Hellopeter to assist me with regard to this matter.
