I wanted to buy two boxes of Boadrmans cutlery. After struggling to get assistance, I was finally able to ask the assistant for two sealed boxes. I was then told that there were none sealed in store and I would have to wait a few days for it to be delivered from another store. I was contacted a week later to say that it had arrived. When I went to collect, it couldn't be found. It was finally located (45 min later); I received attitude from the cashier for my impatience. When I opened the boxes to check if all was in order, I find one box properly sealed and cable tied and the other was just wrapped in brown paper with the utensils extremely damaged! I went back to exchange for another box where I was told that I'd need to wait again. I waited a week and a half to get a call (filled with attitude) from the same cheeky cashier who demanded that I "must come fetch it". I went to fetch it and was told that the box is not there. After a long wait the box was found with no apology! I am a first-time purchaser and made a point of telling them that I will never return to their store.
