No delivery and rude staff

Last Tuesday I went to Identity in Sandton and found a pair of shoes I like, however they weren't available in my size. I spoke to Senzo who confirmed that they were available at other stores and encouraged me to open an account so I could get them delivered to the Sandton branch. I did this and I paid the extra delivery fee to have them delivered in 3 days. He assured me he would call me on Friday to arrange collection. Since I hadn't heard anything I went back to the store today. Apparently they haven't even been ordered yet. He also couldn't confirm whether they will be ordered or if you're now out of stock. When I asked him to explain the point of a special delivery fee when you don't deliver in the time specified, he got very stroppy with me. I don't appreciate this attitude from your staff. And I don't appreciate this terrible service. Please confirm whether I'll actually be getting the shoes and if so, when.
