Manager has terrible attitude, directly rude

On Tuesday 22 October I needed to collect paid for paint at Paint & Place Sunningdale. (They failed to deliver as arranged because they said they didnt have a delivery person that day)

As I was in terrible traffic, my partner called to enquire re their closing time (5pm) and if they would mind waiting as I'd already paid. The lady on the phone said no problem.

I arrived at 5.00pm on the button, entered the store and was confronted by a man who asked "what do you want, we're closed" I explained it was a paid for collection I had called and he said to go get it and leave. Proper rude abrupt attitude. I asked his name he said "Dwayne, I'm the manager"

I would be embarrassed to have a manager like that operate my store, I'd be embarrassed to be a subordinate to him as well!

I expect a full apology and for Dwayne to receive disciplinary action as I can imagine a large loss of customers based on his sour attitude. If he doesn't like his job or customer service he should go work elsewhere.
