Incorrect Pricing - Poor Attitude

My wife bought a bag of chocolates at Pick & Pay today. She realised later that she was overcharged and we went back today. At the "customer service" counter, the lady treated the whole affair in a non-care attitude. When my wife asked her what the correct price is, she answered that she doesn't know and merely refunded my wife. I went to her and pointed out to her that it was Pick & Pay's mistake that the price is wrong, she asked me to get the price from the shelve! I told her that they can get the correct price themselves (which incidentally was never done). I went back to complain with the store manager, who totally ignored me and only spoke the the store assistant. When I said to him that he could have acknowledged my presence at least, he had an even worse attitude and responded by saying that he is listening the the store assistant (who incidentally was busy with another customer's problem and not even mine!). I said to him that he could at least acknowledge my presence, to which he responded, very irate, that he is listening to her.

Two mistakes 1) ignore a customer's presence by manager who should know better; 2) never offer to rectify the situation.
