PICK N PAY STAFF ATTITUDE TERRIBLE & INTIMIDATING

I am appalled at the attitude of the staff members at PICK N PAY ATHLONE PARK, owned by CRAIG DUNNINGTON, I as a regular customer spoke politely to the Butchery assistant KIM asking her if the meat was chopped/sliced correctly and she responded with utter rudeness, her tone like an "uneducated fool with no manners or respect for fellow human beings" when I immediately responded by asking her "do you not know how to speak to people" her response was even worse, she came across as intimidating the customer MYSELF & when I immediately asked to see the manager, LORRAINE says "what manager, don't worry I will go" I was shocked at the level at which these staff undermined management & customers, I addressed LORRAINE, she informed me that KIM is new & she has also priced the meat at the wrong price, LORRAINE proceeded to correct the price, LORRAINE advised I could speak to JOEY, not informing me what his capacity was at PICK N PAY, I said to her I want to speak to CRAIG DUNNINGTON, she mentioned he would be there on Monday. JOEY arrived in full view of me at the scale machine, his face as if he too wanted to jump over the counter & attack ME (the customer). IS THIS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR?
