I ordered goods and paid and she refuses to send

In August13 I joined the company to become a sales rep to generate extra income as I am a single mother of 2 in financial difficulty. On 19/11/13 I placed an order for cosmetics and was informed that I need to pay within 24 hrs. I made arrangements to pay on Saturday 23/11/13 and did so at FNB in her account. I mailed the deposit slip together with the invoice and was told the goods will be sent on 29/11/13. I phoned her on 4/12/13 and got her voicemail and then I mailed her and was told on 8/12/13 that the goods were delivered to the wrong address but would be rectified & sent asap. On 9/12/13 I was asked to confirm my delivery address. On 11/12/13 I asked my client (assuming I would get a response) to call her & ask how long we still have to wait for the goods. She informed my client that as she waited 8 weeks for our money we will have to wait 8 weeks for delivery & as I had cost her money for jewellery I ordered and did not pay.(not true) The order I am having problems with was my first. My client is demanding her money back & I have to use my household money to refund her. Can You help? She has told about me and has reneged on her commitment to me
