Wrong DVD delivered and not replaced

In early OCTOBER we ordered two DVD's:
Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights.

We ordered the Wuthering Heights starring *Tom Hardy* and received a BBC version starring Ken Hutchison.

We have not opened the DVD and need to have it replaced urgently with the correct DVD. I was present with my husband and we definitely ordered the correct one.

After viewing our screen shots - evidence that we had not been in error, Rory promised collection of the incorrect DVD and refund of the money spent. We have had zero response since then (24 Oct 2013 08:50) and are still sitting with the incorrect DVD. This was my birthday present and as a family who use Kalahari a lot, I am sorely disappointed in their service.
