Wife's Birthday Present

I ordered my wife the new Garmin forerunner sports watch (which i knew had a waiting time of app 10 days) I ordered the watch with 2 days to spare before my wife's birthday, there were no problems with placing the order and received a mail saying all is ok and the order has been placed. The next day I got a mail saying the order has been delayed by a week "due to stock issues". I then sent a mail stating that I know problems to happen and things don't always go to plan and also stated that it is my wife's Birthday present and if it cant arrive in the next 10 days I would have to ask for a refund. The following day I got a mail saying the parcel has been dispatched and will be arriving in a few days... To my surprise it arrived the next day, im not sure if its just a coincidence or what but hats off to the Kalahari team, great service and im one happy customer.
