Dstv purchased not yet installed after 7 days!!!

I purchased a standard Dstv decoder at Bears Elsburg and still today their installers heve not yet come to install it. yesterday the 9th December 2013 I went to their store to complain about this and they promised that the problem will be sorted, but up-till now nothing happened.

I just want the my Dstv to be installed, i cannot wait for another day for Dstv to be installed!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!
