Worst Dtsv installers in Cape Town

I decided to get dtsv installed so i phoned around for a few quotes, eventually i came across theese guys Tobs Digital Dstv Installers. They came to install the dstv and we agreed apon a price R 2600. They said the will need more cabling so we said we pay more for the cables, making it R3300 max.
When they were done they showed us a bill of R5145, far more then we agreed on.
They said that they needed to used amps and other stuff that they didnt think they would need.
Anyways the dstv worked for 1 day, So i phoned them and asked them to come and fix it, they said they will come the next day.
I have paid for dstv for 1 month now and i can not even watch it.
Everytime i phone them they say they will come but never do.
