NO INSTALLATION

I took up the Dstv at Protea Glen Mall and i paid R599-00. They promised to come Saturday to install it but they did not come. I then took leave yesterday on Monday but still they did not come. I called them at about 17h45 and they said that my name was on the list from Saturday and they dont understand why it was not installed yesterday (Monday) and promised that at 08h00 today (Tuesday) the will come. Now its 11h47 my Dstv is not yet installed. I then called them and they said they have a problem with the car. I dont understand why are they not informing me as i already paid the full amount. I believe i have a right to speedly service as i cant wait any longer. Vusi Mabena.
