Incorrect advertising for the HD PVR in Dionwired

Hi, I recently purchased a HD PVR Decoder from Dionwired on Wednesday the 18 December 2013. The product was advertised for R1800 including an installation voucher for the decoder. I consulted with both the DSTV consultant and Dionwired In-store consultants prior to purchasing the decoder. I explained to them that I currently have dual view decoders and asked whether this special would apply to me. They said yes. I also asked whether I would incur any additional costs when the decoder would be installed. They said no. I asked this question about 5 times. Today, the 23 December 2013 the approved DSTV installer came to install the Decoder. He then told me that in order to install the decoder he will have to charge me R800. I then asked what connection I would need to have in order to get a free installation. He said that no matter what connection I had, I would still need to pay the R800 installation fee. Clearly the advertisement is misleading and gives the consumer a false sense that the installation is free. DSTV and Dionwired should be truthful in their marketing and selling of their products and don't provide misleading information to the consumer.
