Homechoice- youll HATE shopping with them!

This is my second report about this "company", besides their bad service, their poor customer service and their damaged products their staff are a bunch of untrained monkeys! I called because they were out of stock of an order that i have been waiting for OVER A MONTH for, also they promised me that it is reserved and even gave a date when i will be getting it! the guy doesn't give his name, and after asking for it he says "what do you need my name for? " and shuts the phone down. WHAT THE! I am so upset, wish i could tell the world not to buy anything from this company! I have never in my life experienced such pathetic service! i have only ever ordered two items from them and was utterly disappointed with both! one is damaged and I'm still waiting for a replacement and the other is out of stock, what a bunch of.
