I ORDERED A BEDDING SET FROM THEM ON THE 27TH NOV. THEY SAID TO ME THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK AT THAT MOMENT BUT WILL RECEIVE NEW STOCK ON THE 12TH DEC. THEN WHEN THEY RECEIVED THEY WILL SEND MY ORDER. ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO ABOVEMENTIONED LADY PHONED ME AND CONFIRMED MY ORDER SHE SAID THEY DID RECEIVED STOCK AND THEY WILL SEND IT TO ME. I WILL RECEIVE A SMS TO SAY THAT THE ORDER IS DESPATCH AND I GAVE MY NEW CELLPHONE NUMBER TO HER. STILL I HAVN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING OR HEARED ANYTHING FROM HOMECHOICE. THIS MORNING I PHONED AND THE GUY I SPOKED TO SAID O SORRY YOU STILL GOT AND FINCHOICE ACCOUNT OUTSTANDING THAT'S WHY WE CAN'T SENT YOUR ORDER! WHY DIDN'T SHE TOLD ME ABOUT AT WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER OR JUST PHONED ME AND TELL ME THAT I WON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER! HERE I AM WAITING PATIENTLY FOR MY ORDER AND MEANTIME NOTHING HAPPENS. I AM BUSY PAYING MY FINCHOICE ACCOUNT OFF EVERY MONTH. I THINK IT'S POOR POOR SERVICE!!! AND I'M A CUSTOMER WITH THEM NOW FOR AGES AND AGES... I'M REALLY MAD... I DON'T THINK I WILL BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN...
