NUMEROUS CALLS AND STILL NO POSITIVE RESULTS!!!

I took out a personal loan where the consultant informed me of the monthly installments which was agreed on.
On my 1st installment (October 2013) i was charged R200.00 extra.
I called in on the 14/11/13, spoke to an agent and was assured that the Initiation fee will be reversed.
Next installment (November 2013) i was again over charged by R194.63
I called in again on the 26/11/13, (Ref # 342170565) was assured that it would be reversed before the debit date but come debit date, the incorrect amount was still debited.
So i called again on the 29/11/13 (Ref # 342960158) and was told that i would need to either send a bank statement or call back on the 10/12/13 to have the difference reversed.
So as i am typing this complaint, i am on Hold for the past 10 mins (Agent Pasela) who refuses to give me a Ref # because her TL says i cannot have one, and to make matters worst. When speaking to her she remains silent.
And still i cannot get assurance of the reversal of the overcharge.

Absolutely poor service from Billing / Account right down to customer care!!!
