I joined Avon in September, placed a small order and it was perfect. Last month i placed a huge order as my sales is picking up. When i got the products: my samples were damaged, the tissue oil leaked in the box. I had 10 items shorted. I have a Avon party this weekend with damaged stock. I have everything on email. Just like the above: this is what Avon replied: Sorry for the inconvenience, your items will be credited and added to your next order. Ok, so then i asked, but why can't my clients receive their stock, they paid for it??? Avon replied, sorry for the inconvenience, your 10 itmes will be send urgently. I thank you very much for that, but now i sit with damaged stock, that i had to give my clients discount on, so i didn't make any money. Avon doubled invoice me for those products, keeping my money!? My sales leader doesn't respond, Avon doesn't respond. I have been battling for two weeks to get my credit done. Avon blames sales leader, sales leader blames Avon, but both has received them email from me with the missing 10 items. I have damaged stock, avon owes me money, unhappy clients, loss of money (had to give discount on damaged stock. and Avon does NOTHING about it
