Absolutely Livid

2 weeks ago I ordered clothing online. It came a week later. I was upset that it was late and returned the items with the courier the same day.

I lady from Mr Price's call centre/ head office contacted me to confirm that I had received the order and stated that I will receive a voucher as well.

I told the lady that I had retured my items, seeing as how I had gone into a Mr Price store to buy the clothes I had ordered, because I wanted it for a specific occassion. I told her I want my money back in my bank account.

She said that money will only be transferred once the items had been received. It's now a week later since I sent the items back. I havent received any response from this lady, in fact she doesn't reply to my emails, I haven't been refunded and I haven't received a voucher either.

As a loyal Mr Price customer I am absolutey LIVID.

Your ustomer service is TERRIBLE AND PATHETIC!!!
