DO NOT SAVE YOUR BANK ACC INFO- MR PRICE

I am shocked and upset by the unauthorised debit on my cheque account by Mr Price. I ordered items online about two weeks ago, I received my order within 48 hours and my cheque account was debited for the order on the same day i placed the order. A week later the same amount was debited again after the transaction was finalised and i had received my goods, when i called them about it i was told by Charles from e commerce department that i am the only one it happened to a lot other people and i should have my refund back with 24 hours. It has been a week now and still not have received my refund, when i called yesterday i learnt that everyone else has been refunded and Charles does not understand why i have not received mine. He promised to escalate the query to finance and he will have me prioritised and refund today. I called again this morning Charles is no longer available and someone else answered the phone and "will follow up and come back to me". Why? they had no right to those funds and i need my money back as I have needs for it. it is about a R1000, I will never shop at mr Price ever again. Never!
