Mr Price
Still no refund

I am totally appalled by Mr Price's lack of concern for their customer service. I ordered 4 items online and was told that 3 of those items were out of stock. I then told the call centre agent to cancel the whole order and he said I would be refunded within 5 days. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received my money back despite me sending numerous emails to advise of this.
