Mr Price
No Delivery

I bought items online from Mr Price about two weeks ago, I was told it takes 1 - 3 working days for delivery.
It is now the second week and I still have not received my items.
On Tuesday I received an E-mail saying i can go get my items at Mr Price Maponya mall and when i got there they could not find my package / Items because they were incorrectly labeled.
When I told one of the teller's that i will not fetch the items they must get them to me and he said i need to take that with the head office, which i did and head office said i need to speak to the manager at Mr Price Maponya Mpho (forgot he's surname).
Mpho called me and said I quote "I need to change my delivery details online again as he cant do anything about it but he will speak to the manger on duty"... It will be three weeks soon and i still dont have my items!!!
I paid R35 for delivery but i was not told id have to make two trips to Maponya.
WHATS THE POINT!!!
