DO NOT believe anything they say

Dep pd 9/10." Delivery will be 4 - 6 weeks" - now 8 weeks and counting still NO DELIVERY!
I tried to establish when the delivery would be - promised for the 22/11 -but " I will investigate and get back to you" - still waiting for that call! Eventually I found out the delivery date would be the 29/11. NO DELIVERY or even worse NO COMMUNICATION from them to explain why!

After many calls - "There is a problem with your order? " (Why no follow up from person you placed order with?) I asked for a part delivery of whatever was completed. "Sure, pay R5000 now and we will deliver on Friday (6/12). I waited in all day and guess what? NO DELIVERY!

Nxt day at the store the manager, with a flick of the mouse said the order was complete? (Why could they not do that earlier-why did they have to 'investigate'?) If I paid the balance straight away " Your order will be there before 12 on Monday" He even phoned whom he claimed to be in charge of distribution. Mon I waited in and NO DELIVERY. I phoned again he said that because it was an EFT, the order would only be delivered on WED. Why don't they tell one?

False promises every time! NEVER AGAIN! SAD I am scared of what is going to arrive!
