Dont Expect Service from this Store

I bought a dress from the Store last week. I did not try it on and said to the sales assistant, if I don't want the dress I will bring it back. I do not want the dress so I took it back in 09.12.13. Samuel the assistant says that refunds are not given! The assistant did not inform me of this policy nor is this published in the shop. I left the dress, credit card slips at the shop. I was promised the manager would call me. I AM STILL WAITING. I called the number published on the web. This is a fax number. I WANT SERVICE.
