The don't want to return my dress

I bought a dress at forever new shop at ilanga mall for R1500 and the dress is too small when i go to the shop i meet the manager called Tahlitia and she says she cant return the dress because the dress has stains. I went in the shop and fitted the dress for her and she saw that the dress does not fit me but still refused to give me a bigger size or even my money back. She says she was orded by head to that by a lady called Macdeline. I find it very strange since she saw the dress does not fit me yet she says i wore the dress. The dress is too expensive for them to just me of so much money. Please help me Peter i need my money back or even a bigger size.
