MY NAME IS NOMPUMELELO MASEKO I BOUGHT THE DRESS AT TRUWORTHS SUNNYPARK AND THE DRESS WA S BIG THEN I RETURNED THE DRESS BECAUSE I LIKED THE DRESS I MADE A CUSTOMER REQUEST SO THEY PROMISED TO CALL ME WHEN THEY HAVE THE DRESS TO CIME AND COLLECT IT I WAITED FOR THEIR CALL AND THEY DIDNT CALL I DECIDED TO GO TO THE SHOP THE I FOUND THE DRESS.NOW DRESS DOESNT FIT ME WELL AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAVE A FAULT THEY TOLD ME THAT THE 30DAYS HAVE PASSED IT IS THEIR POLICY OF WHICH I AGREE AS I AM THEIR CUSTOMER BUT WHAT WORRIES ME IS I DONT HAVE 30DAYS WITH THE DRESS WITH ME BECAUSE THE DRESS WAS CHARGED ON THE 24TH OCTOBET AT CARLTON CENTRE AND I RECIEVED AFTER 3 WEKS OF WHICH I DONT REMEMBER BUT I HAVE SIGNED FOR THE DRESS IN THEIR REGISTER.

THEY TOOK THE DRESS BUT THEY ARE NOT CREDITING IT THEY TOOK IT FOR AQUALITY ASSURANCE AND THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL ME BUT DIDNT GIVE ME A TURN AROUND TIME WHAT IF IT TAKES LONG AGAIN LIKE THE CUSTOMER REQUEST AND THE TIME PASS.
