YDE: Worst customer Service I have EVER had

I wanted to buy a white dress from Phenomena in store at YDE, all the dresses were stained and damaged so I asked the cashier to please order or source a dress that was in a good condition, or have the dress cleaned for me. The price of the dress is R 825, so I expect it to be in perfect condition. This took place on the 24th of September.

I was told that they would order a dress from the designer, who would be available on Wednesday (25th of September), or that they would find a dress from another store, and call me immediately.

I didn't receive any feedback. I went back on Sunday (28th of September) to follow up, she had not called the designer or a single store, and she had lost my number.

I spoke to the manager on duty, explaining the situation to her. Both Tumi and her manager had bad attitudes and spoke in a language I could not understand. They promised that I would have the dress by today.

When I followed up today the dress was not there. No one let me know that it was not there on the date that I was promised, and again they had lost my number.

I have never been treated in such a manner and I find it unacceptable. I cannot understand how unprofessional people can be!
