Good day

I went to the store at the Village more than 2 weeks ago and ordered a dress from a sales consultant named Lesego, the manager was also there (a gentleman) i dont recall his name.

they said that they will call me when the dress arrived from another store, as time passed i realised that 2 full weeks had passed and i hadnt heard anything at all, so i called the store to find that the dress had arrived and they put it back on the shelves, i did not receive a call from them or anyone about the arrival of the dress. if i did i would have gone there immidiately as i had waited for it with baited breath.

I am just dissapointed with the service i got, when i called again last week friday, the lady i spoke to said she would make sure that she gets the dress and will call me back... i called her back to give her the detais about the dress... i am still waiting for her call to date!

this is not poor service, its no service at all!!!
