I bought shoes on the 25 November wore them on the 30 th November to a event I went to, I returned them back this past Saturday and I was told they can't give me an exchange and I must leave the shoes behind as the decision will be made by the manager. I am expected to drive back to Sandton and get feedback on whether I am getting a new pair or what. It's so annoying because I recently bought these shoes and have only worn it once.
