I warn all consumers to stay away from Zoom

On the 24th of June 2013 i bought a pair of shoes from Zoom in Menlyn, i returned to the store on the 25th of June 2013 to exchange the shoe for a different size. However, i was told that the size of shoes that i wanted were not available in any of their branches, i then proceeded to request for a refund because i needed the use shoes on the 29th of June 2013. To my surprise they refused to give me a refund and offered me a gift card instead. When i made payment for the shoe, the store assistant told me that "you have seven days to return the shoe" and never in formed me that there is no refund. I warn all consumers to stay away from Zoom if they want value for their money and service based on good ethical behavior.
