Poor quality for such expensive shoes

I have a pair of boots purchased at Zoom, could not have wore it more than 5 times and I have already had to replace the tips, today after wearing it just once since replacing the tip for the 1st time I am sitting at work without a tip again, rather embarrassing having to walk around with that noise. Very poor quality of shoes!
