Whats up with the service at pnp durbanville

Firstly at the food section i witness a women being really rude to a young guy wanting to buy hot chips and then when we went to the till to pay the teller was soooo rude, she told my colleuge that she didnt give her a packet to pack the things in and then when my colleuge said that she put it down for her the teller (merilee) argued with her completely. yet she didnt even ask if we wanted a packet and what happend to customer service and being polite and friendly. ive never witnessed a teller arguing with a client. what up with the service at pnp???
