REFUSAL TO CORRECT FALSE ITC REPORT ON MY NAME

I am becoming very irritated by TFG. i have an account i have been paying with no issues. but to my suprise as i wanted to purchase a house am told i have bad debt with @Home which i dont. So i went to transunion to check my report and to my suprise it says am over 90 days in arrears and outstanding almost R6000 which is all false and incorrect. I have attempted to call main office to get assistance to correct these false report but am taken from one person to the other with no explanation or my calls are being dropped. I have sent numarious emails to [Email Removed] and tell today i wait upon feedback or acknowledgement. My account is up to date and has been, this is always confirmed by consultants in call center, and am only outstanding R2000 - to close off account. Its unfair that my life has to come to an end because of a business that doesnt want to assist they clients and only take they money.
I hope i will be assisted by means of hello peter but if i still fail i will have no other alternative to approuch the Retail Ombudsman. Thank you
